Inspired by a Beautiful Sun Set
I am really a very lucky person. I get to see sun sets like this one pretty often. You see, I live in The Sunshine State. As I stood with my family on the banks of Black Creek, a tributary of the St. Johns River, and took in the stunning natural beauty of the setting sun over the water, it really hit me that I am a very lucky person. Florida is a unique and diverse place. We have so many different eco-systems and landscapes. We have an Ocean on one side, a Gulf on the other side, and, in between we have lakes, rivers, streams, swamps, marshes, prairie, lush farm-lands, big cities, small towns, vacation meccas and so much more. Each day, the sun rises over the Atlantic Ocean. Each day, the sun sets over the Gulf of Mexico. What an awesome opportunity it is to experience one of these events. An experience that is worth sharing with others. So, let us share our experiences here. I would love to see your photos and hear about your favorite Florida spots to take in a majestic sunrise or sunset.
